OKC Project Specialist

The OKC Project Specialist at ABC Legal Services plays a pivotal role in managing and optimizing document handling and retrieval workflows within the company's Oklahoma City operations. This position is integral to the E-File, E-Fulfillment, and Automation teams, contributing to the efficiency and accuracy of legal document processing. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining automated document handling configurations, developing retrievers using Python and JSON, and writing regular expressions to extract key data. The specialist will troubleshoot system and workflow issues, document work and updates in JIRA, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, ensuring that processes remain accurate, efficient, and scalable.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Python, JSON, and regular expressions, along with a solid understanding of programming logic. Strong communication skills are essential. Preferred qualifications include experience with document processing or automation workflows and strong organizational skills across complex projects.
