Office/Workplace Associate
Peregrine Technologies is seeking an Office & Workplace Associate to oversee the daily operations and ambiance of our New York City office. This role is integral to ensuring our workspace is welcoming, organized, and reflective of the Peregrine brand, serving as the cultural heartbeat of the office.
Key responsibilities include managing office operations, coordinating vendor relationships, and handling onsite logistics. The associate will create a white-glove experience for employees, candidates, customers, and executive leadership by maintaining clean and functional workspaces, greeting guests, coordinating conference room setups, and organizing in-office events and meetings.
The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in office coordination, workplace operations, hospitality, or facilities support within high-growth technology companies. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. Excellent coordination skills and comfort partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams are also required.
The position offers a salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 annually, along with benefits, equity (if applicable), and potential bonuses. Actual compensation is influenced by factors such as skill set, experience level, and specific work location.
