Key responsibilities include managing office operations, coordinating vendor relationships, and handling onsite logistics. The role focuses on delivering a premium experience for employees, candidates, customers, and executive leadership by maintaining a clean and functional workspace, greeting guests, organizing in-office events, and ensuring seamless coordination with various teams.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in office coordination, workplace operations, hospitality, or facilities support within high-growth technology companies. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. Clear and professional communication skills are also required.

The position offers a salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 annually, along with benefits, equity options, and potential bonuses. Compensation is influenced by factors such as skill set, experience level, and specific work location.
