Key responsibilities include coordinating general maintenance and restocking of office supplies, managing warehouse inventory and equipment, and overseeing office operations. The Office Manager will also negotiate and manage relationships with suppliers, ensure a safe working environment, and assist in maintaining quality and environmental management systems. Additionally, the role involves managing the leadership team's calendar, including scheduling appointments, arranging travel, and coordinating meetings.
The ideal candidate will possess strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills, with the ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential, along with fluency in Spanish and English. Candidates should be solution-oriented, reliable, detail-oriented, and adaptable to rapidly changing environments.
