Office Administrator
eScribers is seeking an Office Administrator to join our dynamic team in Dublin, Ireland. The position requires working Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting with data entry tasks, managing office printing, and coordinating with various stakeholders via email and phone. Your duties will also include e-filing and docketing transcripts for various courts, providing general administrative support, downloading and uploading files into our workflow systems, and supporting other teams as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience working with general computer programs such as Word, Excel, Adobe/PDF, email, and data entry. A good understanding of the internet environment is required, along with proficiency in English, excellent writing skills, and the ability to multitask and meet multiple project deadlines. Eligibility to work in Ireland is mandatory. Experience in a legal office environment is a plus but not required.
The salary for this position ranges from €30,000 to €35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
