NOC Engineer
Cato Networks is seeking a NOC Engineer to join our NetOps team in Manila, Philippines. As a NOC Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring, supporting, and providing advanced troubleshooting for our complex data network infrastructure. This role involves working closely with various business areas, network engineering, and management teams to ensure the stability and performance of our services.
In this position, you will own and manage the uptime, stability, and overall functionality of our production systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving system and network issues, monitoring and responding to network operations alerts, and analyzing system performance to identify risks and optimization opportunities. You will also coordinate with third-party service providers to resolve network and system-related issues and provide advanced technical support to internal customer support teams.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in network architecture, cloud architecture, and security architecture. A deep knowledge of TCP/IP networking, routing, firewalls, proxy servers, and related technologies is essential. Strong analytical skills to identify root causes of issues, advanced troubleshooting abilities, and experience working in a cloud or SaaS technology environment are also required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
