New York Trade Finance Associate Attorney

Clifford Chance is seeking a Senior Trade Finance Associate Attorney to join its Global Financial Markets Group in New York. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising clients on complex trade finance transactions, including structuring, negotiating, and documenting a wide range of trade finance products. The role involves working closely with clients to develop innovative solutions tailored to their needs, engaging in cross-border transactions, and collaborating with colleagues across different offices and practice areas to deliver seamless service.

Applicants must possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited U.S. law school, demonstrate high academic achievement, and have prior experience in a peer law firm. Admission to, or eligibility to waive into, the New York Bar is required. The firm seeks individuals with a strong interest in trade finance, who are entrepreneurial and team-oriented. Preferred class years are 2019-2021.

Clifford Chance US LLP offers a comprehensive benefits and compensation package. The salary range for this role is $365,000 to $420,000, with actual salary commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
