New Business Specialist

Craig, Kelley & Faultless LLC is seeking a New Business Specialist to join our dedicated team in Indianapolis, IN. With over 30 years of experience, our firm specializes in personal injury law, particularly complex truck accident cases, and is committed to providing compassionate and effective legal representation to clients across Indiana and Missouri.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing qualified leads from initial inquiry through to signed client agreements, ensuring a seamless transition into the litigation phase. Your duties will include consultative selling by empathetically assessing client needs, building confidence in our firm, and converting leads with a high success rate. Additionally, you will handle referral management by maintaining and enhancing professional relationships with referring attorneys, and efficiently managing inbound and outbound referrals.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Psychology or Social Work, valued for strong listening and empathy skills. Prior experience in consultative sales or high-empathy roles is preferred, with legal intake experience considered a bonus. Excellent communication skills, demonstrated reliability, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with CRM systems and e-signature platforms are essential.
