Network Systems Engineer (Pre-Sales) - DV Cleared

Arista Networks is seeking a self-motivated Pre-Sales Network Systems Engineer to provide technical support for our Public Sector customers in the United Kingdom. This role is integral to our sales team, acting as a trusted advisor to identify opportunities, gather requirements, and design innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities include partnering with Account Managers to understand and address customer challenges, conducting network architectural sessions, and presenting Arista products. The engineer will architect and propose Data Center, Routing, and Campus network solutions, perform hands-on customer proof-of-concepts, and lead technical responses to RFPs and RFQs. Additionally, the role involves providing feedback to Product Management, representing Arista at industry events, and authoring technical content.

Candidates must possess an active Developed Vetting (DV) clearance and be fluent in English. A technical degree is required, along with experience in networking design and implementation, particularly in Data Center, Routing, and Campus network architectures. Proficiency in routing and switching protocols, excellent presentation skills, and a proactive, flexible team player attitude are essential. Experience with network automation tools like Python and Ansible, as well as certifications such as CCIE or JNCIE, are highly desirable.
