NetSuite Functional Analyst

Arista Networks is seeking a NetSuite Functional Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with project architects, project managers, and technical developers to design and implement NetSuite solutions. As part of a company that leads in data-driven, client-to-cloud networking, you will contribute to innovative projects that redefine scalability and resilience.

Your primary responsibilities will include leading NetSuite implementation projects, conducting detailed discovery sessions to understand customer requirements, and configuring the NetSuite system to align with business process flows. You will prepare comprehensive business requirements documents, support system integration and user acceptance testing, and create training materials to promote user adoption. Additionally, you will work closely with project architects and managers to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or Accounting, along with over seven years of NetSuite experience. A strong functional understanding of NetSuite modules in a OneWorld environment, including Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Revenue Recognition, is essential. Experience with NetSuite Workflows, custom objects, and dashboards is required, and familiarity with other SaaS/Cloud ERP or CRM systems like Salesforce or Oracle Cloud is advantageous.
