NetSuite Administrator
Mitratech is seeking a highly skilled and motivated NetSuite Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and enhancing our NetSuite ERP system to support the company’s growth and operational needs. This position is critical to driving efficiency and scalability in our operations.
Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, configuration, maintenance, and updates of the NetSuite ERP system to ensure optimal performance and uptime. You will create and maintain custom records, fields, lists, forms, and workflows to meet business needs, support third-party integrations, provide technical support and user training, ensure data integrity through routine audits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize business processes.
The ideal candidate will have over three years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Administrator or in a similar role, with proven experience managing NetSuite modules such as Fixed Assets, Bank Reconciliations, OneWorld, Multi-book Accounting, and Advanced Revenue Management. Proficiency in NetSuite imports and exports for data uploads and updates via CSV is essential. Technical skills should include diagnosing and resolving system issues, familiarity with data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, or BI platforms, and the ability to design and optimize workflows, saved searches, and dashboards. Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, collaboration, and project management skills are also required.
Preferred qualifications include NetSuite Administrator Certification, knowledge of Salesforce Billing and its integration with NetSuite, understanding of Avalara for sales tax integrations, and experience with middleware solutions such as Boomi, Celigo, or Workato integrated with NetSuite.
