Canonical is seeking a NetSuite Administrator to join its Commercial Systems unit, which is responsible for managing business systems such as NetSuite and Salesforce. This role offers an opportunity to work with popular business systems and deliver a first-class experience to Canonical's business operations.

The NetSuite Administrator will develop engineering solutions in NetSuite, Salesforce, and other business systems. Responsibilities include collaborating with colleagues on business specifications, technical designs, and code reviews, as well as learning Canonical's business processes. Depending on seniority, the role may also involve coaching, mentoring, and offering career development feedback, while developing and promoting excellent engineering and organizational practices.

Candidates should have an exceptional academic track record from both high school and university, with an undergraduate degree in a technical subject or a compelling narrative about an alternative chosen path. A proven track record of exceeding expectations to achieve outstanding results is essential. Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or other CRM/ERP systems is required, along with professional written and spoken English and excellent presentation skills. The role is result-oriented, requiring a personal drive to meet commitments, and the ability to travel internationally twice a year for company events up to two weeks long.

Canonical offers a distributed work environment with twice-yearly team sprints in person, a personal learning and development budget of USD 2,000 per year, annual compensation reviews, recognition rewards, annual holiday leave, maternity and paternity leave, an Employee Assistance Program, opportunities to travel to new locations to meet colleagues, and Priority Pass with travel upgrades for long-haul company events.

Canonical is a pioneering tech firm at the forefront of the global move to open source. As the publisher of Ubuntu, one of the most important open-source projects and the platform for AI, IoT, and the cloud, Canonical is changing the world of software. The company recruits globally and sets a high standard for its team members, expecting excellence to succeed.
