Key responsibilities include leading and developing multidisciplinary teams in regional influencer marketing, overseeing end-to-end project management, optimizing processes, and achieving key performance indicators. The manager will build strong client relationships, communicate assertively, and resolve conflicts effectively. Strategic thinking, adaptability to changing environments, and intercultural empathy are crucial for success in this role. Proficiency in specific influencer marketing tools such as KLEAR, MELTWATER, and CREATOR IQ, as well as office software like Excel and PowerPoint, is required. A professional background in Advertising or related fields is essential.

Candidates should possess over seven years of progressive experience in the influencer marketing and advertising industry, demonstrating a profound strategic understanding of influencer campaign design, execution, and optimization across diverse regional and international markets, ensuring brand alignment and measurable KPIs. Leadership and development of multidisciplinary teams in regional influencer marketing are also key qualifications.
