Key responsibilities include managing the complete MROI programme lifecycle, from data charters and quality assurance to modeling, data ingestion, and integration into WPP's proprietary tools. The role requires ensuring alignment across all modeling workstreams, maintaining programme timelines, and upholding quality control standards globally. Additionally, the MROI Programme Lead will lead data quality assurance functions, collaborate with local markets and data teams, and drive the adoption of MROI outputs into media planning and budgeting decisions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in senior leadership roles within analytics, marketing measurement, or programme management, preferably within global media agencies or data-driven marketing organizations. Expertise in Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and MROI methodologies is essential, along with a strong understanding of data inputs, model outputs, and the practical application of econometric insights. Proven success in driving programme adoption across multiple markets, strong data quality management skills, and exceptional communication abilities to engage senior stakeholders are also required.
