MOTION DESIGNER

Monks is seeking a talented Motion Designer to join our dynamic team in Brazil. As a Motion Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating engaging audiovisual content that brings our clients' projects to life. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a diverse group of creative professionals within a company renowned for its innovative approach to digital marketing and technology services.

In this role, you will be responsible for the creation of audio-visual content, encompassing video editing, motion design, and sound design across diverse platforms. You will collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals to transform concepts into engaging audio-visual experiences. Additionally, you will leverage industry-standard software and tools to produce high-quality sound and visual elements, assist in managing project timelines and workflows to ensure timely delivery of multimedia content while adhering to specifications, and review and evaluate audiovisual outputs to ensure they meet Monks' standards for quality and creativity.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in audio-visual development or production, with a solid portfolio showcasing skills in video editing, motion graphics, and sound design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Audition, is essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with a keen attention to detail, are also required.
