Motion Designer BR (freelance)

Monks is seeking a freelance Motion Designer to join our dedicated client team in Brazil. In this role, you will edit and animate campaign and social content for a prominent brand, collaborating closely with art directors and creative teams to develop engaging visual materials. Monks is a global, digital-first company committed to delivering high-quality creative solutions across various platforms.

As a Motion Designer, your primary responsibilities will include designing and animating titles, end cards, and graphics tailored for different platforms. You will create original social media content from scratch, as well as adapt existing assets to meet project requirements. Working closely with art directors, you will conceptualize creative solutions, stay updated on the latest design and animation techniques, and ensure all deliverables comply with brand guidelines and deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in agency advertising, demonstrating proficiency in Adobe Suite, including After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere. Strong skills in typography, layout, and design are essential, along with the ability to work within strict brand guidelines. A passion for design, awareness of social trends, and the capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment are also key qualifications.
