As a Monteur Spoor at BESIX Unitec, you will be part of a dedicated team specializing in high-quality infrastructure solutions, focusing on railway technical infrastructure. Your primary responsibilities will include performing excavation and earthmoving tasks along railway lines, installing trenches and cable ducts, and pulling cables. You will also be responsible for assembling and installing railway devices and other infrastructure components, as well as constructing and repairing foundations and drainage systems. Ensuring a safe working environment, even during night or weekend shifts, is a crucial part of your role.

The ideal candidate has experience as a groundworker or in the construction sector, or a strong willingness to learn the job. You should be comfortable working in a team, flexible with work hours (including nights and weekends), and capable of handling physically demanding tasks. Possessing a VCA certificate and experience in railway work are advantageous.
