Eurofins Built Environment Testing East is seeking a Mold Laboratory Analyst/Client Relations Executive to join our team in Chantilly, VA. This role is integral to facilitating daily communication between clients and our laboratories, ensuring an exceptional client experience, and performing tasks within various login departments. Eurofins Scientific is an international life sciences company dedicated to providing a unique range of analytical testing services across multiple industries to make life and our environment safer, healthier, and more sustainable.

Key responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound client communications via phone and email in a timely, solutions-oriented manner. The role also involves advising walk-in clients about service information and project preparation, unpacking shipments, documenting receipt of samples, updating client and project data records in LIMS and CRM software systems, and collaborating with laboratory personnel to resolve client inquiries and improve processes. Additional duties encompass data entry, maintenance of the department and lab, reviewing analytical reports, invoicing, and ensuring all activities are conducted safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Biology, along with 1-2 years of customer service experience and experience working in a laboratory setting. Strong analytical skills, a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Candidates should be level-tempered, able to handle communications with clients professionally and respectfully, and capable of working well under pressure in fast-paced and stressful situations.

This full-time position offers a pay rate of $21 per hour and includes comprehensive benefits such as medical coverage, life and disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid holidays, paid time off, and dental and vision options.
