The Mobile Service Technician at Lucid Motors is responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicles in the field, traveling to client locations to provide on-site service. This role operates independently with support from the nearest service center, utilizing a company-provided service van equipped with necessary tools. Technicians are expected to obtain ASE certifications within 6-8 months of hire, with associated costs reimbursed by Lucid.

Key responsibilities include functioning as a Service Advisor, managing parts inventory, and delivering exceptional customer service. Technicians will document all vehicle interactions, maintain expertise in high and low voltage systems, and perform thorough assessments to accurately address client concerns. Additional duties involve invoicing, scheduling, and supporting service centers as needed.

Candidates should have 2-5 years of automotive service experience, be self-sufficient and organized, and possess knowledge of electric vehicle powertrains. Strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and an EPA 609 Certification are required. A valid driver's license with a clean record is also necessary.
