As a member of the inside sales team at Eurofins Umwelt West GmbH in Tübingen, you will play a pivotal role in advising both existing and new clients on our analytical services, sample collection, and specific analytical requirements. Your primary responsibilities will include developing tailored, client-specific proposals based on individual requirements. You will collaborate closely with laboratory and testing management to clarify testing parameters and methodologies. Additionally, you will actively participate in pricing strategies, calculations, and the standardization of our service offerings. Maintaining ongoing communication with clients post-order to ensure comprehensive support and working in tandem with laboratory staff, testing management, and sample collection planning to deliver optimal solutions are also key aspects of this role.
The ideal candidate possesses a completed degree or vocational training in a scientific or commercial field. Experience in environmental analysis, laboratory services, or customer support is advantageous. A structured and solution-oriented approach to work, coupled with strong organizational skills, is essential. Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office, along with the ability to effectively communicate technical service details, is required. Clear and customer-focused communication skills, both within the team and across various departments, are crucial. Fluency in German is mandatory, and English proficiency is beneficial but not obligatory.
