Mission Software Engineer
Anduril Industries is seeking a Mission Software Engineer to join our new office in Amsterdam, Netherlands. This role is pivotal in establishing our engineering presence across Europe, focusing on developing mission-critical software solutions that integrate seamlessly with Anduril's products. As part of the Mission Software Engineering team, you will address complex technical challenges and deliver capabilities such as Counter Intrusion and Joint All Domain Command & Control.
In this position, you will be responsible for developing architecture and mission vignettes, iterating on core data mesh technology to optimize degraded networks, and creating connectors and APIs for both legacy and cutting-edge systems to integrate with Lattice. You will also deploy software in non-standard environments and establish data flow pipelines across diverse networked systems and security domains.
The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background in fields such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics, with at least four years of experience in programming languages like Java, Python, C++, Rust, Go, or JavaScript. Experience in building software solutions involving significant data processing and analysis, the ability to navigate complex systems, and prior customer-facing roles are essential. Candidates must be eligible for NATO Clearance and willing to travel to client sites.
