In this position, the Performance Manager will develop and implement comprehensive, data-driven paid media strategies aligned with client business objectives and marketing goals, considering the full marketing funnel. They will manage paid search, social, and display campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, overseeing campaign setup, ad creation, and audience targeting. The role also involves optimizing campaign performance through advanced data analysis techniques, A/B testing of ad creatives and landing pages, and strategic bidding adjustments based on real-time performance data. Additionally, the Performance Manager will monitor campaign performance, identify key trends and opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable insights based on data-driven analysis and industry best practices.
Candidates should have 4–5 years of digital media experience with strong knowledge across multiple channels. A proven track record in managing regional or multi-market accounts and handling high-volume environments is essential. Experience in team management and leadership is required, along with strong expertise in Google Ads and social platforms such as Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, and X. Familiarity with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) and app acquisition strategies is preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency in integrating platforms and tech implementations, including pixels, SDKs, and CAPI, is necessary. Candidates should also be familiar with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and possess strong presentation skills and client management experience. A data-driven and creative approach, with a passion for pushing boundaries in user acquisition, is highly valued.
