Mid-Market Account Manager
The Mid-Market Account Manager at Mindbody is responsible for managing a portfolio of mid-market wellness brands, acting as the primary point of contact to drive retention, growth, and overall partnership health. This role involves leading executive-level relationships and delivering measurable impact across the customer lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategic account plans that promote expansion opportunities, optimizing platform usage, and aligning customer outcomes with Mindbody’s goals. The Account Manager will lead multi-year renewal and upsell negotiations, identify and close growth opportunities across the Mindbody suite, and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with executive stakeholders to review results and align on future initiatives.
Candidates should have 2-3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, consulting, or strategic sales, with a proven track record of delivering retention and growth outcomes. Experience managing complex commercial relationships, preferably within SaaS or technology-enabled services, is essential. Strong commercial acumen, comfort in contract negotiation, and excellent communication and presentation skills are also required.
