Mid-Level Observability Engineer

EBANX is seeking a Mid-Level Observability Engineer to join our Command Center team, focusing on developing scalable monitoring solutions that ensure the reliability of millions of global transactions. In this position, you will develop and maintain observability solutions using Splunk, ensuring comprehensive visibility of payment flows. Your responsibilities will include building and optimizing dashboards, defining alerts to detect anomalies, analyzing logs and metrics to identify root causes, and collaborating with technical teams to establish observability best practices.

The ideal candidate will have experience with observability tools, particularly Splunk, and a strong understanding of monitoring and alerting systems. Proficiency in analyzing logs and metrics, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, is essential.
