Metabolite Identification Scientist

Eurofins Advinus is seeking a Metabolite Identification Scientist to join our team in Bengaluru, India. As a premier preclinical and early development contract research organization (CRO), Eurofins Advinus offers comprehensive services in drug discovery, regulatory toxicology, DMPK, analytical R&D, and API CDMO. With over 30 years of GLP compliance, we have supported numerous IND-enabling packages submitted to global regulators.

In this role, you will perform metabolite identification studies using LC-MS/MS, including sample preparation, processing, and instrument operation. Responsibilities also encompass developing and optimizing LC-MS/MS methods with Q-Trap detectors, interpreting data to propose metabolite structures, conducting impurity profiling, and recording and analyzing raw data.

Candidates should possess a Master's degree in Chemistry or a Ph.D., with hands-on experience in LC-MS/MS analysis and method development. A strong understanding of metabolite identification, structure determination, and knowledge of livestock and plant metabolism studies are essential.
