Merchant Relation Officer (Ternate)

The Merchant Relation Officer position at Cermaticom is a contract role based in Ternate, Indonesia. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team dedicated to fostering strong relationships with small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) offline merchants utilizing the company's Merchant Apps. Cermaticom is committed to enhancing financial inclusion by providing innovative solutions to underbanked communities.

In this role, the Merchant Relation Officer will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with SME offline merchants using the Merchant Apps. Key duties include achieving sales targets within the designated area, providing comprehensive training on the Merchant Apps to store staff, ensuring the proper placement of point-of-purchase promotional materials in stores, and conducting promotional program socialization sessions with store staff. The position specifically focuses on managing and supporting merchants in the Ternate area.

Candidates must possess at least a high school diploma or a diploma degree in any field. A background in leasing is considered advantageous. For high school graduates, a minimum of one year of relevant work experience is required, while fresh graduates with a diploma degree are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential. Additionally, applicants must own a motorcycle and hold a valid SIM C license.
