The Merchant Relation Officer at is responsible for managing relationships with small and medium-sized offline merchants in the Pekanbaru area who utilize the company's Merchant Apps. This role is integral to the sales team, focusing on achieving sales targets and ensuring merchants effectively use the platform to enhance their business operations.

Key responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with merchants, providing comprehensive training on the Merchant Apps to store staff, and ensuring the proper placement of point-of-purchase promotional materials within stores. Additionally, the officer will conduct promotional socialization programs to educate store staff about ongoing promotions and initiatives.

Candidates should possess at least a high school diploma or a diploma degree in any field. A background in leasing is advantageous. For high school graduates, a minimum of one year of relevant work experience is required, while fresh graduates with a diploma degree are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential. Applicants must also own a motorcycle and hold a valid SIM C license.
