Merchant Relation Officer

The Merchant Relation Officer at plays a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with small and medium-sized offline merchants utilizing the company's Merchant Apps. This position is integral to the sales team, focusing on expanding the company's presence and ensuring merchant satisfaction within the designated area.

Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets within the assigned region, providing comprehensive training on Merchant Apps to store staff, and ensuring the proper placement of promotional materials in stores. The officer is also tasked with conducting promotional socialization programs to enhance product awareness and usage among merchants.

Candidates should possess at least a high school diploma or a D3 degree in any field. A minimum of one year of relevant work experience is required for high school graduates, while fresh graduates with a D3 degree are encouraged to apply. Experience in the leasing industry is considered advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential. Applicants must own a motorcycle and hold a valid SIM C (motorcycle driving license).
