Merchant Relation Officer

The Merchant Relation Officer at Cermaticom plays a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) offline merchants utilizing the company's Merchant Apps. This position is integral to the sales team, focusing on expanding the company's merchant network and ensuring the effective use of its digital solutions. Key responsibilities include maintaining and nurturing relationships with SME offline merchants, achieving sales targets within the assigned area, and providing comprehensive training on Merchant Apps to store staff. The officer is also responsible for ensuring the proper placement of point-of-purchase promotional materials in stores and conducting promotional socialization programs to engage store staff effectively.

Candidates must possess at least a high school diploma or a diploma degree in any field. Experience in leasing is advantageous. For high school graduates, a minimum of one year of relevant work experience is required, while fresh graduates with a diploma degree are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential. Additionally, candidates must own a motorcycle and hold a valid SIM C license.
