Merchant Relation Officer

This position is integral to the sales team, focusing on expanding the merchant network and ensuring the effective use of Cermaticom's digital solutions. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets within the assigned area by identifying and onboarding new merchants. The officer will provide comprehensive training to store staff on the Merchant Apps, ensuring they are proficient in its features and functionalities. Additionally, the role involves overseeing the placement of point-of-purchase promotional materials in stores and conducting promotional socialization programs to enhance product visibility and merchant engagement.
Candidates should possess at least a high school diploma or a diploma degree in any field. A background in leasing is advantageous. For high school graduates, a minimum of one year of relevant work experience is required, while fresh graduates with a diploma degree are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential. Applicants must also own a motorcycle and hold a valid SIM C license.
