Merchant Relation Officer

As a Merchant Relation Officer at you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) offline merchants utilizing our Merchant Apps. This position is integral to our mission of simplifying financial product access in Indonesia by bridging the gap between technology and traditional retail businesses.

Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining and enhancing relationships with SME offline merchants, ensuring they effectively use our Merchant Apps. You will be accountable for achieving sales targets within your designated area, providing comprehensive training to store staff on app functionalities, and overseeing the placement of point-of-purchase promotional materials in stores. Additionally, you will conduct promotional socialization programs to educate store staff about ongoing promotions and initiatives.

The ideal candidate should possess at least a high school diploma or a diploma degree in any field. A background in leasing is advantageous. For high school graduates, a minimum of one year of relevant work experience is required, while fresh graduates with a diploma degree are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential. Candidates must also own a motorcycle and hold a valid SIM C license.
