Menu Growth Senior Specialist

Wolt is seeking a Menu Growth Senior Specialist to enhance restaurant growth by improving menu performance and driving the adoption of menu-related growth initiatives across EMEA. Menus are a critical part of the customer and merchant experience, influencing customer choice, basket size, and overall merchant performance. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with the Menu Growth Manager and local teams to analyze menu performance, identify opportunities, and implement initiatives that drive measurable business impact.

In this role, you will analyze consumer needs, merchant performance, and business metrics to identify gaps and growth opportunities. Utilizing tools such as SQL, Snowflake, spreadsheets, and dashboards, you will support data-driven decision-making and work with the Menu Growth Manager to translate insights into concrete initiatives. You will take end-to-end ownership of defined workstreams, such as Menu Completeness, collaborating with local Account Management and Merchant Operations teams to execute initiatives across markets and measure their impact.

The ideal candidate will have experience in analytics, project management, and stakeholder collaboration. Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools is essential, along with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives from analysis through execution and performance tracking. Strong communication skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and local stakeholders.
