Job Description
We are seeking a Member of the Capital Markets team to support all aspects of capital markets operations, investor relations, and capital deployment strategy. This role sits at the intersection of corporate finance, deal execution, and portfolio strategy, and is ideal for someone experienced in leveraged finance, credit, structured products, or investment banking who wants to apply those skills in the music rights ecosystem.
You will play a critical role in debt facility management, credit facility reporting, supporting capital raises, and driving analytical insights for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
