Medical Malpractice Associate Attorney

In this role, the Associate Attorney will independently manage a caseload of medical malpractice claims, collaborating closely with other attorneys, team members, and partners on various legal projects. The position involves regular court appearances, depositions, and direct communication with clients, including providing status reports. Additionally, the attorney will have the opportunity to handle a significant caseload of COVID-related lawsuits.

Candidates should possess a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice in New York. A minimum of two years of defense litigation experience is required, with a preference for candidates with experience in medical malpractice. Strong written and oral communication skills are essential, and legal project management experience is beneficial.

The compensation for this position ranges from $140,000 to $190,000 USD annually, with eligibility for discretionary bonuses.
