The Media Planning Senior Associate is a key digital professional with a tactical and analytical approach, responsible for implementing, optimizing, and monitoring digital strategies across the entire marketing funnel, from awareness to conversion and retention. This role involves managing campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta, programmatic, video, display, and other emerging channels. The position is based in Bogotá, Colombia, and is offered on a temporary contract basis.

Key responsibilities include executing and refining full-funnel digital strategies, ensuring each channel contributes effectively to overall performance. The associate will interpret data from tools like GA4 and dashboards to translate insights into actionable business strategies. Additionally, the role supports basic SEO and organic visibility initiatives and collaborates closely with internal teams to question results and prioritize efforts.

Candidates should have over two years of experience in implementing, optimizing, and monitoring comprehensive digital strategies. Proficiency in managing campaigns across various digital ad platforms, including Google, Meta, programmatic, video, and display, is essential. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate business-impacting actions are required, along with basic knowledge of SEO and organic visibility.
