Media Planner
As a Media Planner at WPP Media, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing media plans that align with client objectives. Working within a dynamic team, you will contribute to the day-to-day management of campaigns, foster strong relationships with clients and partner agencies, and ensure the seamless execution of media strategies. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in the development and presentation of media plans in collaboration with senior planners, managing smaller plans with minimal supervision, and maintaining oversight of campaign progress to effectively communicate updates to clients and senior management. You will also be responsible for completing reports independently, transforming data provided by vendors and teams into actionable insights, and ensuring that all team deadlines are met. Additionally, you will oversee media accounting and administrative duties, including monthly expenditure reports, and coordinate with various internal teams to ensure client activities are well-organized.
The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, demonstrated time management and multitasking abilities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. A detail-oriented approach with a high level of accuracy and mathematical competency is essential. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required, along with the ability to manage multiple demands within tight timelines.
