Media Planner Offline (London based)
As a Media Planner Offline at Fever, you will be responsible for developing and executing global event media strategies to drive attendance, revenue, and brand impact through traditional marketing channels. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful promotion of events worldwide.
Key responsibilities include creating and managing media plans for events at various stages, from pre-launch to post-event, to achieve ticket sales and return on investment targets. You will establish and nurture partnerships with media outlets and event-friendly channels across different regions. Additionally, you will oversee activations from negotiation through technical integration and optimization, manage budgets with a focus on pacing and ROI, and develop localization strategies for rapid market expansion. Reporting on media performance and managing multiple concurrent events to ensure timely and high-quality delivery are also essential aspects of the role.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in traditional media channels such as out-of-home, television, and radio, preferably with event or time-sensitive campaigns. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required. Proficiency in English is essential, and fluency in a second language such as Spanish, Italian, German, French, or Portuguese is advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate expertise in media planning and buying across non-Meta/Google channels and possess a proactive, solution-focused attitude with the ability to perform under tight deadlines.
