Media Operations Specialist
As a Media Operations Specialist at Monks, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution and operational efficiency of our media campaigns. This position is ideal for a high-performing analyst ready to advance into operational architecture, focusing on maintaining the technical integrity of our platforms and supporting the media department in delivering flawless client solutions.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing advanced taxonomy structures to ensure all campaign data is accurately organized and dashboard-ready. You will oversee the setup and health of Business Managers and Google Ads accounts, manage permissions, and ensure correct payment configurations. Additionally, you will monitor budget pacing across accounts to prevent overspending or under-delivery and act as the first point of contact for technical platform issues, liaising with Meta and Google support to resolve any challenges.
To excel in this role, you should have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital media, transitioning from an analyst position. Deep knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Google Ads is essential, with experience in influencer management tools like Influencity considered a plus. A strong understanding of account structures and data flow from clicks to conversions is crucial, along with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to communicate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
