This role focuses on planning and executing global event media strategies across various markets and time zones to enhance attendance, revenue, and brand impact through traditional marketing channels.

The Media Manager will be responsible for growing and optimizing relationships with media outlets to establish successful, long-term partnerships. Key duties include executing media strategies, researching media opportunities, and presenting findings to internal and external partners. The role also involves identifying new opportunities within the media market, managing new activations from commercial negotiations to technical integrations, maintaining accurate budget control on campaigns, analyzing external media needs, developing strategic models and reports, and ensuring timely project completion and delivery.

Candidates should have at least 8 years of experience in the traditional media industry, including TV, radio, and out-of-home (OOH) advertising. A diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications is required. Proficiency in written and verbal English is essential, and knowledge of a second language such as Spanish, Italian, German, French, or Portuguese is advantageous. The ideal candidate will understand the role and potential of alternative marketing and media options within the overall marketing mix and have experience in both media planning and buying. Staying ahead of the evolving media landscape and experience in affiliate marketing are also beneficial. The role requires a dynamic, proactive, and ambitious individual who is solution-focused, with a strong emphasis on attitude and aptitude.
