Media Manager at WPP Media

WPP Media is seeking a Media Manager to join their Copenhagen office. In this role, you will oversee media campaigns, ensuring seamless execution from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include client communication, budget creation, collaboration with activation specialists, and preparation of campaign evaluations, all aimed at delivering efficient campaign management and high client satisfaction.

As a Media Manager, you will manage dialogues and collaborate with activation specialists and senior colleagues to develop media recommendations that align with clients' overall media strategies. You will handle media projects involving multiple stakeholders, ensuring strong processes and efficient deliveries that adhere to campaign plans. Specific tasks include managing media campaigns from start to finish, maintaining oversight of deliverables, deadlines, and budgets, developing media recommendations and plans in collaboration with client managers and activation specialists, briefing and collaborating with specialists to ensure smooth campaign deliveries, and supporting internal negotiations to achieve optimal outcomes for WPP Media and clients.

The ideal candidate possesses a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently under the guidance of senior colleagues. You should have experience managing campaigns and media projects from start to finish, ideally within an agency setting, a good understanding of various media product areas and their roles in an overall media strategy, and a proactive approach in collaborating with stakeholders.
