MEDIA COORDINATOR
As a Media Coordinator at Monks, you will play a pivotal role in bridging strategic media planning with the practical execution of campaigns. This position is integral to ensuring the seamless implementation of media strategies within a dynamic and innovative company environment.
Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating team activities and overseeing the entire process of purchasing advertising space across both offline and digital platforms. You will be responsible for the implementation of campaigns, dispatching insertion orders and materials, and conducting daily performance monitoring to ensure key performance indicators are met. Additionally, you will build online audiences and segmentations, identify and rectify any broadcasting or insertion errors, and manage the media billing process to maintain accurate records and control over insertion orders and media outlets.
To excel in this role, you should possess clear and objective communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office at an intermediate level is required, along with knowledge of digital platform implementation and concepts of both online and offline media. Familiarity with VBS/AD media for media execution and TV programming, as well as the ability to use Instar for analyzing television audience data, is essential. A solid understanding of various offline media channels, including open television, radio, newspapers, and magazines, and the strategies for purchasing offline media is also necessary.
