MEDIA ASSISTANT
The Media Assistant at Monks is responsible for the practical operation of implementing, controlling, and managing approval workflows and financial oversight related to both online and offline media purchases. This role ensures precise delivery within deadlines, budgets, and compliance standards, working closely with the team to maintain high-quality outputs.
Key responsibilities include financial control of media activities, such as creating and managing purchase orders in the AD system, monitoring payment conditions related to media authorizations, and tracking media expenses against client budgets using billing control spreadsheets and online platforms. The Media Assistant also updates weekly and monthly financial reports with budget variations and future forecasts, and verifies that media deliveries align with contracted agreements to ensure purchase orders match invoices.
The role involves campaign implementation operations, including preparing, organizing, and validating media materials according to material requests, ensuring compliance with each media outlet's guidelines. The Media Assistant implements campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and GloboAds, sends materials and purchase orders via email, and monitors daily campaign pacing.
Support tasks include assisting in strategic and tactical media planning and preparing presentations. Required qualifications encompass clear and objective communication skills, strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, proficiency in Microsoft Office at a basic to intermediate level, basic knowledge of digital platform implementation, and an understanding of online and offline media concepts. Familiarity with key media metrics and prior experience with VBS or AD media systems are desirable.
