Medewerker Destructie Manure
Eurofins Agro is seeking a Medewerker Destructie Manure to join our Destructie & Extractie team in Wageningen. This role is integral to our mission of providing comprehensive analysis services to farmers and growers, ensuring sustainable and high-quality food production. As part of a dynamic team, you will contribute to preparing manure samples for analysis, supporting our commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.
In this position, your primary responsibilities will include weighing, destructing, and preparing manure samples for measurement. You will determine moisture and ash content using gravimetric methods, perform various quality control checks, and identify and report any process bottlenecks. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure the accuracy and reliability of our analyses.
We are looking for candidates with at least an LBO/MBO level education who are proactive and hands-on. Proficiency in Dutch and strong communication skills are essential. Experience with automated systems and Microsoft Office is preferred. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team is crucial. Flexibility regarding working hours, including the possibility of two-shift schedules and weekend work, is required.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from €2,796 to €3,119 gross per month for full-time positions, depending on experience. Additional benefits include an 8% holiday allowance, a 0.75% year-end bonus, a robust pension and leave scheme with 35 vacation days (based on full-time employment), and opportunities for professional development through platforms like Goodhabitz and coaching via Het Coachkwartier.
