The Master Scheduler at Red Cell Partners will establish and manage scheduling disciplines across complex software programs that span commercial Agile development and government/defense contracts. This role involves building, maintaining, and evolving Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) that accurately reflect program scope, dependencies, vendor integrations, milestones, and contractual deliverables. The Master Scheduler will serve as a key development partner and educator, helping teams understand how large, industry-standard programs plan, measure progress, and communicate status in ways that government customers value.

Key responsibilities include developing and owning Integrated Master Schedules for complex software programs, translating program requirements into executable schedules with clear dependencies and critical paths, and maintaining schedule realism across Agile software development, multi-vendor integrations, and government-driven milestones. The role also involves identifying schedule risks, resource constraints, and dependency conflicts early and communicating them clearly to leadership.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in program scheduling, program planning, or large-scale project delivery, with demonstrated experience building and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules for complex programs. A strong background supporting large commercial Agile software development efforts and experience working with multiple vendors and cross-functional engineering teams are essential. Experience supporting government or defense contracts, including understanding of deliverables, milestones, and reporting expectations, is also required.
