The Master Scheduler at CoreWeave is a pivotal role within the data center delivery and supply chain organization, collaborating closely with Project Management, Supply Management, Procurement, and Logistics teams. This position is integral to ensuring materials are planned, scheduled, and delivered in alignment with aggressive data center build timelines and cost objectives.

In this role, the Master Scheduler is responsible for developing and maintaining master schedules for raw material deliveries across multiple data center projects. Daily tasks include analyzing project plans, forecasting material requirements, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and complete on-site material arrivals. The role also involves actively tracking deliveries, resolving schedule conflicts, and adjusting plans to mitigate risks and prevent bottlenecks, thereby maintaining build velocity, cost control, and execution excellence in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Candidates should possess 3–4+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling, with hands-on experience in developing and maintaining master schedules for complex, multi-project environments. Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project is essential. Experience in forecasting material requirements based on project specifications and milestones, strong data analysis and reporting skills using spreadsheets and related planning tools, and coordination with cross-functional teams including Project Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Logistics are also required. A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred.

The base salary range for this role is $122,000 to $179,000, determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to base salary, the total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program.
