Marketing Systems Manager
The Marketing Systems Manager at Checkr will serve as the dedicated expert in marketing automation and AI within the Revenue Operations team. This role involves combining technical architecture skills with forward-thinking AI applications to fully activate the marketing technology stack, scaling marketing programs across various segments, channels, and go-to-market motions.
Key responsibilities include owning the marketing technology ecosystem by developing strategies and managing tools such as Marketo, Qualified, and Demandbase. The role also involves overseeing vendor management, system governance, and optimization to ensure maximum ROI. Additionally, the manager will architect system stability and scalable integrations, troubleshoot issues, implement DevOps best practices, and drive the adoption of conversational AI and agentic workflows to improve conversion rates and pipeline velocity.
Candidates should have over six years of experience in Marketing Operations or Systems within a B2B SaaS environment, focusing on both technical administration and innovation. A background in various go-to-market motions, deep proficiency in Marketo and Salesforce, and experience with conversational marketing and ABM platforms are essential. An AI-first mindset with hands-on experience using AI tools and a DevOps approach to system stability and documentation are also required.
Compensation for this role varies by location. In San Francisco, CA, the base salary ranges from $161,000 to $189,000 USD, while in Denver, CO, it ranges from $136,000 to $160,000 USD.
