Marketing Strategy Manager

Fever, a leading global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking a Marketing Strategy Manager to join our dynamic team in Madrid. In this role, you will own the end-to-end marketing strategy for a diverse portfolio of high-impact experiences, driving demand, visibility, and long-term growth. You will develop compelling, scalable marketing strategies for exclusive events worldwide, including strategic partner events and Fever Originals. Leading multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok, you will ensure consistent performance and strong return on investment.

The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience in digital and growth marketing, with deep expertise in Meta and strong performance across Google, TikTok, and other paid digital channels. A highly analytical mindset with a strong command of performance metrics, forecasting, and P&L-driven decision-making is essential. Excellent executive communication skills and a native or bilingual level of English are required; additional languages are a plus.
