As a Marketing Strategy Associate, you will own the marketing strategy for various experiences, developing compelling plans for both partner events and unique Fever Original events. Your responsibilities include creating high-visibility performance digital marketing campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Instagram, analyzing campaign performance to identify opportunities, managing regional profit and loss, and coordinating with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Media, CRM, Design, and Content Copywriting to provide strategic direction for campaigns.
The ideal candidate has over six years of experience in digital marketing, particularly with Facebook ads and other social paid platforms. Proficiency in both English and Korean is essential, and a background in marketing is required. Additional language skills are a plus.
