Marketing Specialist - East
Lucid Motors is seeking a dynamic and community-focused Marketing Specialist to join our Studio and Brand Experiences team. This role is pivotal in executing high-impact local events, partnerships, and immersive brand activations that drive awareness, studio traffic, and authentic community engagement. As the face of Lucid in the East region, you will bring national strategies to life through compelling local initiatives and exceptional on-site execution.
In this position, you will be responsible for executing local community events and brand experience activations aligned with regional and national field marketing strategies. Your duties will include supporting assigned regional studios with events, partner activations, community experiences, and key brand moments. You will ensure studios are informed, prepared, and equipped to deliver experiences that meet brand standards, manage on-site execution, build and maintain local community and brand partnerships, and support local Owners Club experiences and loyalty-focused activations. Additionally, you will capture local content to support broader marketing and storytelling, track attendance and engagement, and uphold brand standards across all local executions and studio experiences.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. You should have 2–5 years of experience in field marketing, sales, community marketing, event execution, or brand ambassador roles. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships in local markets are essential, along with experience supporting live events and on-site execution. You should be highly organized with strong attention to detail, comfortable working evenings and weekends as required by event schedules, and willing to travel locally within the assigned region. A passion for community building, customer experience, and luxury brands is highly desirable.
