About the Opportunity: TENEX.AI is hiring a Marketing Program Manager to own the operational backbone of how we reach the security community. You'll run the calendar, coordinate contributors, and ship every program — blogs, newsletter, webinars, podcast, and events — on schedule. The role suits someone who likes building the system as much as running it. This role reports to VP, Marketing.
What You'll Do:
Project & Campaign Coordination
- Own the marketing calendar end-to-end, ensuring all campaigns, launches, and events are planned, resourced, and executed on time
- Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across content, demand gen, design, sales, and product teams
- Build and maintain project timelines, milestones, and status dashboards so nothing falls through the cracks
